• Alerts by email... Use our drivers if you are a courier company!

If you are a courier company, why not sign up to our Free service that will notify you when a driver is coming to your area, it's completely Free of charge to receive emails direct to your email inbox!

Everything you need to know about the driver is displayed in the SUBJECT line of each email, so you don't even need to open them! Just create a new folder in your email software and make a rule to put all these emails in it. See Example  When you Open the email, you will find the drivers mobile number, the exact time the message was sent, where that driver is returning to, the size of the vehicle they are using plus some more information. See Example.

If you are trying to get a job covered but have none of your usual drivers available, simply look at your emails to find out which drivers are coming to your area!

If you are a courier company, you can also send in alerts to the system via email telling all the other Courier Companies receiving the alerts where your drivers will be and when, again there is no charge for this service.

This system works because it is Simple, Quick & Easy to understand, and the alerts land right where they are needed... On the computers that the Controllers operate.

All our drivers using this system have been checked by us, they have submitted their Insurance details to us & have a minimum of £10,000 GIT Insurance.

To receive the alerts, you must prove to us you are a Courier Company, by either providing your web site address, or Faxing us your letter headed paper.

• Easily notify other courier companies around the UK where you will be and when if you are a driver!

With our new Text Ahead Service it's easy to notify Courier Companies that you will be in their area empty at any given time.

If you are a Courier, you simply send a Text Message to our Short Text Number.

In your message you simply state where in the UK you will Be, what type of Van you have, and a Time you expect to arrive there.

e.g. "driver small van Birmingham 2pm"

Our system will then route your message including your mobile number to all the Courier Companies that are participating in the service.

If they then need you, they simply call your mobile, you then work out a price with them to cover the job.

To use this service you must already be working as a Courier and register with couriersoncall.co.uk as a Freelance Courier Driver.

The above system is Free for Active Drivers, however if you want to use the system before you are activated, or know a friend who would like to use it, just text this...
